At Gable Digital Solutions, Inc., we strive to provide the highest quality SaaS (Software as a Service) and professional services to our clients. Our refund policy is designed to be fair and transparent, ensuring clarity for all parties involved. This policy outlines the terms and conditions under which refunds may be granted.

Pay-As-You-Go Services

  • Non-Refundable Balances:All pay-as-you-go balances are strictly non-refundable. Clients must maintain a positive balance for pay-as-you-go services to continue. Services may be suspended if the balance falls below the equivalent of 24 hours of usage, calculated based on the peak 24-hour usage over the past 14 days.
  • Service Suspension:If the account balance is insufficient to cover anticipated usage based on the 24-hour peak usage metric, Gable Digital Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to suspend services until the balance is restored to a sufficient level.
  • SaaS Services

  • Refunds for Unused Portions:Clients who pay the 'rack rate' for SaaS services in advance and choose to cancel before using all the prepaid time are eligible for a refund of the unused portion. The refund amount will be calculated based on the remaining time left in the service period.
  • Non-Refundable Discounted Payments:Payments made in advance to receive a discount are non-refundable. For example, if a client pays for 12 months in advance at a discounted yearly rate and decides to cancel after 3 months, no refund will be issued for the remaining 9 months. This policy applies because the discount was provided based on the client’s commitment to the full term.
  • Cancellation and Refund Requests:To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team within a reasonable timeframe. All refund requests will be processed promptly and in accordance with this policy.
  • Professional Services

  • Milestone-Based Billing:Professional services are billed based on milestone completion, typically following an initial payment. Payments are due upon billing and are considered non-refundable once billed, as they cover services already rendered or funds that are allocated for future service delivery.
  • Non-Refundable Payments:Payments made for professional services are non-refundable under normal circumstances. This includes but is not limited to any work already completed, as well as work that is in progress.
  • Exceptional Circumstances:Refunds for professional services may be considered under exceptional circumstances. If a client requests a cancellation immediately after payment and before any services are rendered, Gable Digital Solutions, Inc. may, at its sole discretion, provide a partial or full refund. The decision to provide a refund under such circumstances is made on a case-by-case basis.
  • General Refund Terms

  • Refund Process:All refund requests must be submitted in writing to our customer support team at [email protected]. Refunds will be processed within 30 days of receiving a valid refund request. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed upon by both parties.
  • Compliance with Legal Requirements:This refund policy is designed to comply with applicable laws and regulations in the United States and the European Union, including but not limited to consumer protection laws and digital service regulations. Clients in jurisdictions with specific consumer rights may be entitled to additional protections under local law.
  • Dispute Resolution: In the event of a dispute regarding a refund, clients are encouraged to contact our customer support team for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, the dispute may be escalated in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Changes to This Policy

    Gable Digital Solutions, Inc. reserves the right to modify or amend this refund policy at any time. Any changes will be communicated to clients via email or through our website. Continued use of our services following any changes to this policy constitutes acceptance of those changes.
